At Renew ✝ Restore, we want every purchase to bless your home and support your family’s learning. If something isn’t the right fit, we will do our best to help in a way that reflects honesty, care, and good stewardship.

Our return and exchange window for new items is 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Used items, curriculum, and buy‑back items follow their own guidelines below.

Some exclusions may apply.

Returns for New Items

New items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with a receipt.
Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resellable condition

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After 14 days, new items may still be considered for exchange, depending on condition and inventory needs.

Used Books

Used books help us keep resources affordable for the whole community.

• Used books are not eligible for cash refunds.
• If a used book isn’t the right fit, it may be returned within 7 days for store credit or exchanged for another used title of equal value.

Homeschool Curriculum

We understand curriculum is an investment, and we want to support families with grace and clarity.

New Curriculum

• May be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused.
• Opened curriculum is not returnable, but may be evaluated for buy‑back.

Used Curriculum Purchases

• Used curriculum is not refundable, but may be exchanged within 7 days if the level is not a good fit.

The Learning Harvest™ Curriculum Trade‑Up Membership

Our curriculum membership allows families to return clean, reusable curriculum and “trade up” to the next level at a reduced cost.

Members enjoy:

• Higher buy‑back value
• Discounts on next‑level curriculum
• Early access to used curriculum
• Member pricing on select new curriculum

To be eligible for trade‑up, curriculum must be clean, complete, and free of writing or filled‑in answers.
Some exclusions may apply.

Buy‑Back Program (Trade‑Ins)

We welcome most Christian books and homeschool curriculum in good, usable condition.

Items are evaluated based on condition and demand.
Approved items receive store credit, which cannot be exchanged for cash.
Buy‑back credit is separate from refunds and from the rewards program.

Curriculum must be clean, complete, and free of writing or heavy highlighting to qualify.
Some exclusions may apply.

Gifts

Items purchased as gifts may be exchanged with a gift receipt.
Without a gift receipt, items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at the current value.

Shipping Returns

If you need to mail a return, please contact us first at hello@shoprewandrestore.online
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

If returning a higher‑value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.
